The committee will conduct the examination for permits for crop inspection, seed sample collection and seed analysis.
(2) The committee will determine the procedures related to the examination as per sub-rule (1).
(3) The examination fee to be taken according to sub-rule (1) will be three hundred rupees.
(4) An application for a permit should be made in the format as per Schedule-15.
(5) The committee shall charge a fee of three hundred rupees for each subject and issue a permit in the format as per schedule-16.
